Full Moon Meditation
Group Meditation, part of our Love Thyself events. Reverend Jenn Parreno will guide our group meditation. We will hike to the top of Stone Mountain to enjoy the Sunset, Moon Rise and Moon Meditation Meditation, Breathwork, Energy work and hiking will be part of this experience.

Introduction group session, Group size is limited. We will learn fundamentals of creating a connection and apply it to partner dancing as we learn the popular Latin dance Bachata.

3 week progressive small group session, Group size is limited to 6 couples. We will continue to build our skills to connect and be present, building up our confidence as we practice with different partners in a safe environment. We will focus on the enjoyment of social dancing. We will elaborate the fundamentals of creating a connection and continue to apply it to any partner dance and/or activity and practice this as we learn to dance Bachata. This is a recurring event. Date will be announced once a minimum of 3 couples have signed up.
